With close to 20 years of experience in leadership coaching, career and life coaching and advising, management consulting, performance coaching, education, and diplomacy, I have a unique blend of skills and expertise that enable me to address complex and multidimensional challenges in ways that have proven successful and transformative for my clients.

As a passionate teacher and coach, I've unearthed extraordinary insights into the thought processes, actions, and communication strategies of some of the most influential leaders and organizations. My fascination lies with individuals and entities capable of leaving an enduring mark on the world. I am dedicated to disseminating these insights and spearheading a movement that motivates people to pursue what truly inspires them and to helping people find meaning and live a life well-lived.

I founded two successful companies in the professional services space - Careerprint and Praeveo - where I continue to provide organizational effectiveness, culture, performance, and change management advisory services to both individuals and organizations. My mantra is that life is about helping others with their needs, setting goals, and creating action plans. ​
